Because spam is very damaging to the Internet in a number of technical, social, and legal ways, ZTS has a zero tolerance spam policy. Our customers may not use our services to send unsolicited bulk email messages. Doing so is a violation of our Terms Of Service and will result in suspension of service.
What is spam?
Electronic spamming is the use of electronic messaging systems to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) – especially advertising – indiscriminately. While the most widely recognized form of spam is e-mail spam, the term is applied to similar abuses in other media.
How ZTS Protects Its Customers Against Spam
ZTS employs the latest anti-spam hardware, software, and best practices to protect our customers and the Internet in general against spam. We also assist our customers in setting up their domain and services to protect against spam and spoofing (unauthorized use of someone else's domain name in email messages).
What to do if you receive spam from a ZTS or ZTS customer domain?
Please send all spam complaints to abuse@ziegler.us. Be sure to forward the complete email message with all headers.
What to do if you are a customer and have a legitimate email rejected as spam?
Sometimes a legitimate message is incorrectly flagged as spam (false positive). If you are a ZTS email customer and this happens to you, please send the error/rejection message you received to admin@ziegler.us. We will reach our to the service provider rejecting the message and attempt to fix the problem for future emails.
